Life, a note from my brain.

-Life

Life is a strange thing, one second you're alive and happy the next you feel dead, dark and depressed. But give it some time and you will see, life, is worth living. The end will come, do not rush it, for it will sneak up on you with out notice. So when you are in a funk, strangely living with out purpose or want, think, that it gets better, bad times come, and last, but they end, and this will end. Endings are for ever life is a limited run, don't sell yours for freedom, for we are all bound together in the struggle that is-Life.

True. Seems like a little poking fun at Dann with all the comma's. As well as poking Gnar with this:
don't sell yours for freedom

Crap. Dann's gonna feel bad that I replied to your words of wisdom and not his...

I've wanted to say something profound and meaningful to compliment your writing but I think I'm too tired to fully appreciate it.

Not poking fun at any one this is very serious to me. I like a good joke but this is not some thing I would ever kid about. And maybe I did take a page from Dann but I like the way it flows.

I like it. I don't like that it got replies sooner than mine did. Guess you won't be taken seriously if you're Portuguese.

Note: I don't use that many commas on my texts.

Dann, I was writing this before yours was posted. So I didn't have a chance to comment. Plus yours is a good deal longer than my little scribble up there. I also think yours is deeper than mine so it takes longer to process that info. Its nothing against you or for me just one of those things that happens some times.

Also a note about the sell your life for freedom line. What I am/was talking about with that line is not at all what the military people do. I have nothing but respect for them and what they do.

Guess you won't be taken seriously if you're Portuguese.

Portuguese, black, hispanic, asian, irish... pretty much anything other than straight plain white.

Excuse attempt failed.

-Happiness

Happiness is said to be in the eye of the beholder. But this is not entirely true. Nobody is ever fully happy. Happiness is empty and full of greed and empty wishing. If you think you are truly happy, I can guarantee that you aren't. I bet there is something you are wishing would happen, or something you want. And until you get that, then you are not fully happy. And when you get one, or possibly both of those things, something else pops into your consciousness and pricks your brain with a dull needle, making you acknowledge, "Hey, that would be nice" or "I really want that." Then the semi-happiness or mere 'Content' comes into play. We are only ever content, as it is human nature to want and want and to wish for things. Hell, even Amish people want and wish. Whether it be more rain, a better harvest, or a healthy cow, until they receive that they will only be merely content.

That's my spill. It's hot outside forcing me to think to get my mind of the 116 degree weather.
