Setting up a server and opening ports

Hello , i have recently bought a new router for my room down stairs so now i can only connect to the one that is downstairs i have the main modem/router up stairs which i used to do servers in there but still i just dont know how to because im having some problems finding the right IP to set it up on it , if anyone can actually help me out on teamviewer i'd be very appreciated ..thanks

I don't know about any of that, but could you please remain to the normal font, no bold and the original font size? It's a bit more convenient to read, and keeps the forum more organised.
