go to the game folder:
> Start menu \ % appdata%\ 25assist\ armyops\ system\pb\ pb double-click the folder and create a new text file and renomer ServerMessage.cfg will appear with a warning message if you want to confirm the name change, this folder double click and paste this message without the quotes "pb_sv_task 20 30 say hello everybody" save restart the server and good luck.
