Of course it changes gameplay. I never said it didn't change gameplay. I said (and you can see it in my above post) that its not as significant as you think.

Take West objective on urban assault for example. You can already be almost anywhere in the room taking the obj. The only advantage now is that whoever is inside has the first shot.

If your going to make the radius ridiculously large you would have to adjust the time accordingly.

maxbulldog: You act like it's hard to have half decent sound. Its not. I don't have any ini tweaks, and i currently don't use my xfi to play. I have 100 dollar (because its wireless) USB headset.

Instead of pressing your E button you stand someplace. WOW big diff. If your good at this game it doesn't make a difference at all. If your terrible and cant hear jack shit coming when your taking an objective then SURE its gunna make your life easier.

The Teamwarfare action continues this week with three epic matches to be played.

After the loss to Non-Sense, AfterFX looks to bounce back and defend their rank 2 position against a hungry neXus squad. neXus is riding some serious momentum coming off their latest victory, and will be fighting for control of the second position in the TWL ladder, on the grounds of SF Hospital.

The Old Fogies, a team comprised of former invite level competition players makes their debut against [SuR] who has yet to secure their first victory. Will [SuR] capitalize on a potentially rusty Old Fogie squad? Or will the Fogies secure an early victory in their quest to advance up the ladder?

Non-Sense and AK4 also return this week to do battle. Non-Sense will be defending their home server and their first place ladder position on a map still to be decided.

UA should be updated. The glitches where you can get ontop of bravo central and western objective. Need some player blocking volumes there.

In terms of changing the gameplay of original maps? what does that REALLY mean?

I just want to take this opportunity to say that the whole BSP alignment thing isn't about aligning to the larger bold line on the grid, it's about aligning BSP to each other and making sure everything is squared up.

Yeah, i know that. The strange thing is this happened in places that i absolutely didn't do any vertex editing. ALSO i haven't once turned off the grid. Strange, i know. But i am fixing the few places where this happened.

And thank Killa i was trying so hard to find a map with a control like that.

Well maybe soon ill actually be able to look at your map in the editor to see how its done.

Another thing i don't get is why some sides of my bsp have these double lines while others do not. These are incredibly obnoxious, and they make it difficult to line everything up. At the same time i cant find them in any of the official maps.

Why do i have these double-lines?

Trigger Events?

I have been working alot with movers and i have experimented with the multiple ways of controlling them. However i am having trouble finding a way to make it so that an useControl keypad in separate room opens a door.

In my map i want to have it so when you capture 1 of the objectives this door opens permanently for the remainder of the mission.
