I finally got around to getting Discord figured out somewhat and joined the group. Is it not used a lot? Is there an admin section? My username is spanky3984

I stroll by this forum every so often and wonder, as I have in the past, if releasing the map editor for 2.5 would be a good idea or not. People might want to mess with it and it's not horrible to add maps to Assist. I'll leave it up for the other admins to discuss but I personally don't see a downside.

More importantly, you have no right to use this website, the Assist program or the files that we distribute. No right at all. You didn't enter into a contract, you didn't buy it, it's not in your country's constitution, nothing. We let you use it out of the kindness of our hearts and if you want to be a dick while using our software, we're not going to be so generous.

You absolutely have the right to freedom of speech. You're welcome to go host a website like www.ihatethoseassistadmins.com and bash Assist on there. Guess what, if you open a comments section and we post on there "you're a dipshit", you have every right to ban us. You own that website, you own that software, you paid for the hosting. You're misunderstanding the freedoms that are afforded to you by those that fought for your country and it's citizens. That's scary because you don't know how to use them.

Assist turns 10 today. It started off as a fix for the in game server list not loading on Mac clients and has evolylike crazy since. I am proud to have been a part of this project and admire those who have contributed along the way. Thank you all.

It annoyed me too and I tried to look a few times before but always gave up because this site is so complex and I forgot how we made it

A lot of the settings are default in the Unreal Engine and some are leftover from Unreal Tournament. A good number of the settings simply do nothing in AA.
