I remember from back when I was younger this game had a level editor, does it still have that? I would love to access it.

Support / Installation not found

RESOLVED! After Computer restart 
I have retried the installation around 3 times and it said it couldnt find the files, so i extracted all the files to the spot with winrar and it said it still couldnt find them. I launched the game through one of the system files and i was able to play and im currently doing training missions, but it says its offline and earlier when i tried to log in ,around 3 minutes later it still said "account loading" and it didnt sign in
