AA Support / PB Restriction: Service Abnormality. *SOLVED*

What the hell, Pb????   Haven't been able to play since January 20th.   
-I've fixed the files and reinstalled from within the 25Assist launcher;
-Uninstalled through the control panel;
-reinstalled from the evenbalance website;
-Uninstalled and reinstalled 25Assist & AAO;
...and I still get this damned kick and error message.

AA Support / Random game lockups

Game freezes at random times,  for 30-90 seconds, once or twice in a match, then runs fine for 3-4 matches before doing it again..   Changing video settings makes no difference,  (all on low, all maxed out.)

Running Win7 on an Alienware gaming laptop,  1600x900 resolution. 8gb ram. Vanilla install.

Chavez if you have Win 10 / 11 with a Nvidia card you can use GeForce Experience, otherwise OBS Studio or something would likely work as well.
