Assist Support / You have entered a Username that does not exist in our database

Hello admins,

I'm unable to log into my account. I'm not attempting with my in-game name but my account name, same as the forum here. But only seeing "You have entered a Username that does not exist in our database"
It's been awhile since I last played, maybe there's the issue? Please help, thanks.
