AA Support / problems with new name

2 days ago i changed clans from 82nd to -iL^....found out i had an illegal charactor in my name so i waited 2 days to change it....now that i changed it im gettin the same problem....i did everything on BT and not assist i login into BT and it says my new can not be found, nor when i login into assist to play get the same msg, quote account login OK but im asked to set a AAO player name, i just dont get it. my aao playername is the same name as i login into BT need help

AA Support / old accounts

I'm having some trouble with 3 old accounts that I have registered and played before the rule change. Now I cant play them..? I understand that those accounts are valid before the rule change went into affect as one of the admins says. So as I login into them on battletracker and assist25 as the same nick to play it says username and/or password not found or invalid....so I thought maybe passwords were wrong or I forgot them, so I used the "lost password" feature to change passwords and still I'm getting the same response. Now I would like to play atleast 2 of those accounts since I had them for a long time...any help would be appreciated.

I have also already written previously that those who have doubts can have the various admins carry out checks and easily see that there is no use of any of the tools that you so highly acclaimed..

leaving aside the fact that those who doubt don't know how to put their hand on the mouse, anyway in the golden years I played with the strongest people in this game and so there was only to learn... there is no tool or who knows what that can be used so don't talk to nonsense.. I just restored a decent computer and set the sound card properly.. for the rest it's all head and hand work

i swear i seen the most obvious guy who has some strange hack... he could shoot thru walls..kill us from abush from spawn...could never seen him until he kills you...and wentlike 22 and 2 ..once a teammate called him out then we were able to kill fo one set ...then back to being murdered...i am not ratting the guy out i just want to know where i can get what you have... help a brother out i am the qourst player on AA...
