Support / No players online two nights in a row?

0 players online on Wednesday & Thursday nights (PST), though 97 servers showing online.

Highly unusual. Really no one playing, or is it a technical issue?

Assist Support / New username morethan 20 characters

I changed my username, but Assist wont let me play coz my new username is more than 20 characters. I can't change it in battletracker until 24 hours. What do I do?

Support / ERROR: Timeout while waiting for reply from authorization system

Hi,

I never had any trouble with AA. Just played a few hours yesterday.

Today, all of a sudden I'm unable to connect. When I start assist, I get the error:

"ERROR: Timeout while waiting for reply from authorization system, Please try again later"

I've restarted my router, turned off windows firewall, even changed my battletracker password and removed underscores from my AAO playername (even though it was never a problem)...still doesn't work.

Any ideas?

He plays most often on Bridge crossing in America's Army v 2.5 using AA25 Assist.

He consistently gets 1 shot kills no matter what the angle. I've seen him get kills without even pointing in the right direction. MANY players agree that he hacks. His frag rate is impossible.

I have also reported to Punkbuster.
