Support / Can't join games - "AA25" is not optimized for your Mac and needs to be updated

I can login and go to the "Deploy" section just fine, but whenever I try to join a server it gives me the caution message in the subject of the thread - AA25 is not optimized for your Mac and needs to be updated.

Any ideas on how to proceed? Thanks guys

Assist Support / Account refused to be activated?

I try to log in as "Thurrdome" but I get the "aa2.5 assist team refused to activate your account...most likely you have more than one account" message. Can you please delete all other accounts associated with my name and just activated "Thurrdome?" I'd like to play again! Thanks :)

Bug Reports / Mac version, won't let me join games

First off, it's good to be here guys. Hooah!  :style:

So I'm running the Mac version. I have an Intel mac...yeah I know, not recommended, but it's all I can run (boot camp is broken).

When I try to connect to a game, 50% of the time I get the "ERROR: Timeout waiting for verification response from selected Game server, Please try again or join a different server" The other 50% of the time, I don't get an error message but the game simply fails to load.

I changed my user name and password around to include no special characters, reset AA, everything. Nothing has worked. Can someone please help a fellow soldier out here?!

leaving aside the fact that those who doubt don't know how to put their hand on the mouse, anyway in the golden years I played with the strongest people in this game and so there was only to learn... there is no tool or who knows what that can be used so don't talk to nonsense.. I just restored a decent computer and set the sound card properly.. for the rest it's all head and hand work

i swear i seen the most obvious guy who has some strange hack... he could shoot thru walls..kill us from abush from spawn...could never seen him until he kills you...and wentlike 22 and 2 ..once a teammate called him out then we were able to kill fo one set ...then back to being murdered...i am not ratting the guy out i just want to know where i can get what you have... help a brother out i am the qourst player on AA... I don't want to have names that don't concern me.. I play clean, I'm clean.. whoever has to check can do it easily.. someone even came out saying you can go arm in arm with zibi or something like that.. leading to the hypothesis that zibi too or whoever makes use of something. disconcerted

given that in the last hour I've played in 4 different maps with people online, I wanted to ask some admin if they can clarify these people who keep crying accusing me of using tools or I don't know what program they think could exist on this game... I don't have never used anything and continue to do so but apparently people who are dissatisfied let off steam by accusing others of meaningless things..
