General Chat / Help please

Hi guys,
today i had to format my computer and put a new Win7 ultimate. Then i downloaded the AA25assist and opened it, The assist then updated itself and from then on i can't open it. I tried opening it as an administrator tried deleting and doing it again, reseting the computer nothing works. It doesn't say that there is something from it doesn't get an error it simply doesn't open and I can't even find it on task manager
Any ideas?
