I see the morons have turned this in to a useless thread, what a surprise.

There is no sure fire way to ban a user, the best option once a user is banned is to search chat logs for identifiers to the return of the user.

This is a small community that makes it hard for them to hide for ever, if you after after a way to ban via name, IP, Mac you need to do it via the game console not the admin console as this fails at times.

I created an excel doc that creates a txt file with the info i need to ban a player, all you need in you text file is this.

My file is called Ban

Admin Ban Username 0 Name
Admin Ban Username 0 IP
Admin Ban Username 0 MAC

I copy the name from Assist then all you need to do if you store your file in your system folder is open console and type exec ban.txt

Then all 3 bans are placed at once.

I agree with Tidi, the CVAR should catch the things you are not allowed to change, but some things it won't catch, i made adjustments to my sound using info from a post here just using the EQ settings to reduce base made a difference, i also made changes to my monitor to get the best results under NV and the standard button assignment is not optimal i loaded more buttons on my mouse to make the most common buttons easier to reach.

I think they mean it has been very slow to not working since yesterday, i was going to report it to ACI but not sure they would care.

The interesting thing about this account 823911 there is a player that comes on our server lots with the name RecrutaFox but it is not linked to that account, interesting.

I didn't think it was possible to go prone and continue shooting, also in the other 3 parts he seams to know what is going on and looking through walls.
