When i was playing in WC se in Mafi server I couldn't hear darkjello's footsteps like he had no sound on.as far as I know what you are saying is not evn possible, maybe he was walking with zoom so the sound is lower.

Team with more rounds won should have the disadvantage of a foreign server.
At least this way there is reasoning other than physical location determining the fairness and location of overtime server.
For example. Eu team vs Na.
1st match on euro, euro wins 10/14
2nd match on Na server, N/a wins 11/14
Total result is NA 15 points, EU 13.
= Overtime played on EU server
Example 2:
na vs euro team
Match 1 : on NA server, Na wins 8/14
Match 2 : on eu server, Eu wins 12/14
totals 18 for EU, 10 NA. Overtime on NA server.
In the event of a total tie - both having equal points, I have no idea.
why would you give a disadvantage to the team who already proved to be able to do better, that's like giving a handicap because someone is worse in a league. Plain stupid.

I know 1 person like you in real life. At the moment he got no girlfriend, is still a student since 20 years, and is 40 years old now. Can't get rid of old feelings and always complaining that everything is not the way it has to be.
There are 2 options for those kind of people.
1. Move on and accept that it is not your way, but sometimes giving advice or complaining, instead of complaining about every ... thing at least every day.
2. Learn about coding and help them out. You could use the time you are complaining now to follow a major in ICT skills, would be a better use of the time since noone reads your posts anyways when you complain so many times a day.
Complaining isn't bad, but to moan about everything will not help you reach your goal.

I tried it out today, its actually pretty good, and not too big for me, but maybe that is because of my 23" screen.
It might be a solution to make the icons for your gun and grenade count etc smaller, so the SAI can be more in the left lower corner. Just an idea I stole from 285.

Jonny, you are really a good leader, because you DARE to take controversial measures, for example disabling tracker for mods. I'm sure not many people would do it, but it is one of the best steps I have seen by a leader of a project. I actually think it shows you're a good leader. Even though a decision might not be the best for everyone, at least you try to do the best for the community instead of just waiting and doing nothing.
Furthermore, the Pit case.
I want to state a few facts:
He has been project leader
He wanted to have some people banned because he was sure they had private hacks.
He resigned because he got pissed off
He made a private hack in order to piss off other people whom he thought were hacking
He gave the admins information in who to contact in order to get better anticheat
A better anti-cheat was developped, private hacks got caught
Look at the bold parts.

Just keep doing what you're doing and do what you feel is right. If you get affected by the way other people judge, it will be hard to maintain leadership over bigger projects, because there will always be many people to disagree.
