208 players, is the game getting more popular ? (I've never seen 208 players)

I've seen 230.

I've heard/read somewhere that v7.13 allowed players to use some sort of tweaks which can give one a huge advantage and is not being monitored/detected by 25assist/pb, e.g. no fog/no sand and other stuff.

Leave it behind and don't speak about it.

1) we are waiting for Assist Update (in this time we, league admins, work on the details with Winter League)
2) ASAP after Assist update we run official pre-season ladder
3) Then official start of Winter League competitions.

According to number of teams registered, the form of competition:
- two groups (one group 11 teams, second group 12 teams)
- 11 or 12 rounds, every team will play 11 or 12 matches
- four teams from group 1 and 2 with the highest number of points will get promotion to play-off stage
- quarter final
- semi final
- 3rd place match
- final
