I know some units here in NA like the unit i am in have members that are from EU and we all work together and some of us are active at all times of the daymy unit all our time are based on EST but on our site he have EU clocks to help know what time it is in other time zones

Plus one thing you could also do brack it down to have two groups a EU group and a NA group then at the end for the final the best of the two will play each other

At the beggining of the project, I said- if someone from NA want to make the league on North America also, feel free to contact us. No one did it. 

It will be never possible to play EU vs NA. Time and ping difference.

Do keep in mind, EU servers have priority, neutral servers within EU also have priority in case of disputes.

Players who can't join with their team should try to make a roster - well at least if they want to... I'm pretty sure there's many players looking forward to this league but don't have a team.
