They are brothers. Scum wello is wello 1. There is also wello 2 and sasf-wello 3.

Wello3 is a decent player and a clanmember of mine.
As a clan rule we disencourage ghosting, but of course I can't give a 100% certaincy on that.
From what I know Scum Wello is indeed his little brother, and I believe they don't even live in the same house. Although I might be wrong on that.

Different houses, but I guess somtimes they have some weedparties with eachother :D
