Training !
« on: Thursday, July 18, 2013, 04:15:36 AM »
Hey, is it possible the enable the training again? This way we can minimalize the number of accounts per person. But it would be needed to come up with a verification system that recognizes that the training has been done, because the official is offline. But then again - training hack...

If it was possible, you wouldn't even need the whole training.

Just reactivating that test where you had to crawl through the mountains without being spotted
by enemy would be sufficient to discourage weak minds. You would not imagine how many guys
almost suicided at their homes in 2003 as they had almost made it to the finish line and suddenly
got spotted  :D
First time hot knifing hash oil, sent me to the moon, zombified. Not a whole lot of fun.

It cetainly could be done but who's got the time to code it.
New code in assist would be needed, new code in the auth server and sql database entrys added... lots of work.

I've passed the SF training at first time, after 40 minutes. It was not big problem, just you had to think.

But only couple of people can think during game. For most of them, first person shooters are shooting only. Stupid dumbasses.

What do you know about Majestic, dude? Nothing.

Get good and good luck. Now the only one thing which you can do is barking.

Bark bark bark.

That's the least of it. I know there's hardcode inside AA that handles the points and sends them to your AA Jacket or whatever it was. I don't even know how all that stuff works inside of the training maps. I'm sure I could spend a lot of time to cut down the training maps so they still work but don't provide any account-related scoring/achievements.

I agree that it would be cool to have and maybe even take it as far as adding in-game achievements. Maybe more points for completing all the training or less recoil (not just a myth!). But that's tons of work and right now, even if it we proved it was possible, nobody here would spend the time to do it.

Might look bigger, but it aint.....
