No but seriously, I understand what ur trying to say. But this feature is active now to catch cheaters and not to collect amy othet data. Maybe it allready happened, but hey I trust these guys more than I trust any government with any data.... and they spy on everything.

Obviously I myself will not win but this should be clearly pointed out to people, not obscurely mentioned in the TOS.

It should only take SS of the game, or at very least take SS only while army ops is running.

If assist is gathering this info, its available to the NSA.

Obviously the intention is cheaters but it IS gathering your data.

Here is another scenario.

AA player is a bit older, has a 15 year old daughter.

AA player leaves assist open after leaving server and going to bed. Daughter has webcam sex with bf on skype.

Assist has now made multiple child pornography images. Congratz, you have literally just commited many crimes of producing child pornography, distributing child pornography, and if that ever happened I could only imagine the outcome.

Again, this is me looking out for the people, and the game. This could backfire on the admins, or any player. It leaves wayyyyy too many open possiblities

I wouldn't be playing if I was worried about my privacy being invaded or my data be compromised .

1 good point u brought up about was about Skype sex or being idled or just having assist running in background

My point is there are ENDLESS possibilities why this shouldn't be. And ONLY 1 of why its valid.

AND its stunning that I need to spell out these scenarios for you people. Thats the sad part most people dont read it, and most who do dont put 1 and 2 together and realize its taking SS of whole comp and anything on screen.

Someone could even intentionally leave assist open effectively forcing it to take screen caps of illegal content. - perhaps someones daughter was checking themselves out on webcam, or taking pics for a bf? - as the stated event

They tip off authorities they think this so call Assist program has taken pics of their under age daughter and is being hosted online.

Now imagine that was REAL and they got hacked or something and it ended up getting spread on the net?

Even viewing 2million pictures would take 23 days if you managed to have it on a slide show flicking a new one EVERY SECOND! - somehow didnt need to sleep or blink or eat or nada!

Lets also assume you are human and sleep, and work, and eat, and various other activities, lets also assume, and HOPE you "inspect" screen shots for longer than 1 second.
