Not sure if theres a suggestions board here but I have one for the next update.

How about having the feature to minimise 2.5Assist to the task tray?

So that once you start a game it automatically minmises untill you exit AA2.5 or if you are on desktop you can minimise it manually.

Also for those who run a server using 2.5Assist perhaps the ability to have it start minimised in the tray when you start Windows.

There's a little box at the top right that somewhat does what you want. It will make Assist smaller and you can just move it out of the way. Though, I do agree that it would be a good idea to have Assist minimize when AA is launched. Then to build on that, maybe Assist's functions could be suspended while AA is running. Like querying the server list and things like that which may hurt people with slow internet or slow computers. Just a thought. It's probably too much work for little gain.
