And a weakening would be cool either, when you get hit by it outside.

Agree with you Spanky looks like the modern era gamer have no skill.
Flashing someone certainly points that out and anyone wanting to disable flashes because they get flashed and dont like it obviously dont have the skills to avoid them either. 

Maybe we should take away recoil next.

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
