why is the assist chat box constantly getting spammed by the same people,

why did i get kicked

why am i banned

this clan sux this clan sux

how hard is it to follow rules ?

people even complain about people that cant even fix the damn issues.

you cant even read or get help on chat box any more because its full of cry babys and spammers. can we please mute or block these clowns from using chat box ??

Yes, we can temporarily ban people on the shoutbox. And we have done so in numerous occasions where people are being disrespectful or breaking the rules in some other way.

However, since only admins can do this right now, a lot of the stuff slips by.
Plus - and I hope it's not just me - it is preferable not to ban the person when possible.

Not only do we not hand out admins for anyone who asks, wanting it just to go out and ban people is just silly and lessens your chances of ever moderating the shoutbox even further.

I did feel the hint of a possible joke, however I decided to take the words for what they read.

And just to clarify, it is entirely possible that the shoutbox will be additionally moderated in the future (so not only by the admins). It is being discussed internally.
