I would to suggest the addition of groups/clans which would then allow for clans to have their own groups in forums, with a specific color for each clan.

I think this would bring too much bloat. There's already a sub forum for clan chat.
It's like shaving your pubes to make your junk look bigger.
Might look bigger, but it aint.....

I am not talking about clan forums, just clan groups with their own colors or something

OHhhhh. Seems like a fair bit of work for not much benefit. People fighting over colors, requests for people to have colors... I smell a hassle.

Yeah it's really unneeded and definitely not worth it.

Totally not happening now. I won't have that color on my site.

A few problems with this.

1. Clans fighting over colors. Unneeded drama
2. It would be difficult to establish who is an admin (red) or global moderator (blue) for newer members, as well as 2 very popular colors already being taken.
3.Making a ton of groups would be a hassle and ultimately not worth it.

Tags in user names or signatures are enough to tell what clan you're from. We don't need name colors and forum groups.
