It's not radar-related, but few rounds a day I just don't spawn :/

The same Happends @ me too but not so often like 1 or 2 times in a week.

I had it once on original Pipeline. It was weird, I could see myself in one of the viewpoints around the map. I had spawned but the camera wasn't transferred to the pawn.

You can still report in, and when you talk, it's global talking ... kinda fucked up. Not sure if it could be fixed.

It happens when you lean just right time when round ends. 2.8.5 had this bug also.
