Seke will welcome you all to next Big Clan Day!

You know the rules, so maybe there is need to go them trough anymore. 45mins per map, teams will change when half way is reached, same clan players same teams etc..

Nice anouncement.

The only thing that's going to be weird (I think) is that 3 of the 4 maps are really big, so I'm not sure 45 minutes would be enough for them, it's like 8 rounds or something, which means only 4 on each side and for people who never played the map, 4 rounds to learn it is not huge.

But I guess we'll see how it goes !

CEST is now 09.32

it's summer, so summer time = CEST

There are very few countries in Europe that don't observe summer time, so generally it will not cause confusion, but you are technically correct.

I must say that Im a bit confused about these timezones. I tried to figure out what time is it then in US and how to write it to announcement, but couldn't solve it any better. Next time I'll leave times away from announcement or just say that in Finland we will start at this time

"21.00 finish time"

Thank you all for the feedback, we decided our four maps yesterday evening and came across with these. Ganja you have a great point in there, we'll try to remember that for upcoming events.

PS. I can still edit this announcement if someone can confirm the right way to show european and us time together. is it actually 20.00 - 20.45 CEST / 2.00 pm - 2.45 pm EDT ?

i am correct teddy, its in europe central europe sommer time. and there is no technicaly or others... it is like it is.

ronski: CEST ist correct (all Europeans do know that)

you can also use GMT - Greenwich Mean Time - also known as Greenwich Time / Zulu Time / UTC (coordinated universial time). this is the most used time worldwide (for airplaines and others, everybody should know that). see link below

If Im reading it right, then 20.00 - 20.45 CEST / 2.00 pm - 2.45 pm EDT is correct

your time for Europe is correct: 20.00 - 20.45 CEST

for the United States, it depends where you are:

New York is 6 hours behind CEST
Chicago is 7 hours behind CEST
Los Angeles is 9 hours behind CEST

so your time is correct for New York, if you would like to start the game at the same time we do in Europe.

So -iL^eXehaLe is responsible for US BCD server for summer and will choose the starting time. Thats how I understood the situation, please correct if I'm wrong.
