Well in my opinion I don't think it's as bad as racism. Insults like retard are more something coming out of "rage" while racism is something coming out of "hate" which is worse for me.

That being said I don't think Assist should ban people due to shity talk or racism. It should be up to server admins. Don't go on internet if you can't stand what people say online

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
