I got home just today from spending time with my fiance and her family for about a year and a half because I had to work up there because I couldn't afford to get home but it turns out my parents have been letting my little cousin come over and get on my AA account and it says that I'm banned for ROE violation...can anyone help me out with this?

All in all, I'm not 100% sure what happened either, but as the reason is quite clear:
Reason=Permanent ban. Many instances of teamkilling, racism and other obnoxious behavior as well as a previous ban.[/core]

I don't know but my CrashSnake account I started back in 2012 was banned and it won't let me into the game. It says "you cannot play this game anymore", you've been banned for ROE violations.
I really enjoyed this game for the short time I was able to play it until I had to leave but now I'm back and can't even play. Can someone please help resolve this? That'd be much appreciated.

The computer he tried to log in to now, had never been used for 25Assist before.
There is no way for me to know whether it was him or someone else behind any of those computers.

I just wish this problem could be fixed. This the only computer I own for access to the internet apart from my iPhone. I also discovered my cousin just tried to create an account called "King of J0wqz" or something like that and tried to make himself look like someone else who just bought a new PC to try to get back in.
I have just put a password on this computer and had a little chat with him and my uncle about this.

Look, I'm sorry Gerard was screaming and being racist but I don't think it's fair that I remain banned because he was running around behaving this way. Like I said, I just had a talk with him and his dad about this then put a password on this PC so he can't get on. Matter of fact I'm going to change my password right now because the reason he got a hold of this account was because I wrote down my username and password on a note pad before I left for Chicago and from what he confessed, he found that notepad with that info and used it to access my profile.

Well my laptop is always on password no matter what is situation, you shouldn't have left it at first place knowing your uncle. Well no idea what Assist admins will do but you have 50% of being unbanned by teddy's evidence.

I have decided to unban you now, however keep in mind that you are being watched closely and if you excessively violate the ROE or perform racist actions a new ban will be permanent.
However, I only unbanned your Hardware ID, this means you can make a new account, perform trainings again and then play. So you have to create a new account before you will be able to play. Keep in mind, shooting the instructor will gave you a fail on basic training.

I do however want to mention that banning him now as server admin is not really needed. Just keep an eye on him and if he violates the rules we can ban him.

Bart server owners should also be aware of his new account as well, so they also may put them on there own watchlist and report here if any violation s of terms
We can keep track of roe anyways, so don't worry about that, racism offenses imo should be server side anyways. But that's my opinion, that's up to the rest of the admins as well. But I will update my previous post when he did make a new one.

Seriously though, all you do is accuse and bring no proof to the table. I talk crap? When? I only call out idiots that are being stupid and childish, like you are right now. The procedure we followed in this case is the exact same one we followed in yours. One week ban for first time and one month for second. Somewhere there was an oversight and he was permanently banned. That was a mistake and it has been corrected. What exactly are you trying to bitch about here?
There are none here that like our rules? That's just blatantly false.
If you don't like the way we handle the game, then don't play it. It's as simple as that. And judging by the reception you get here, you won't be missed.

Why are you bringing up Wickid and insults in a thread that isn't about either one? This player was banned for excessive TKing, just like you. The racist and annoying behavior just further motivated us to ban him, it wasn't the reason. Then you come in here and bitch about different rules? We've been fairly consistent when it's come to insults in-game, the only ban being a week for some pretty bad harassment. I'd love to see some proof otherwise, but proof doesn't seem to be your thing.

That being said I don't think Assist should ban people due to shity talk or racism. It should be up to server admins. Don't go on internet if you can't stand what people say online
