Required Information,
- Player Name: iG.Shy
- Battletracker ID: http://battletracker.com/index.php?page=AAOPlayerStats&pid=845481
- Reason: says user been baned to linked acc.. Mantyor86? no idea who that is.. would like a investigation how this happen why i install 2.5asisst on my computer create a username (iG.Shy) and it says banned.. have aa3 aa4 been playin for years. untill clan mates say hey lets try 2.5assist and i got stuck at login process :(. if can explain what happen why im banned without even playing yet would b nice :) thank you.

mantyor86 is someone who got banned for using a cheat.

You have the same UUID as he did, that's what was preventing you from joining. There's nothing wrong with your account.

Since your IP was different (from a different region) than that of mantyor86, I went ahead and unbanned the UUID, because it is possible (rather unlikely usually, though) for 2 people to have the same UUID on different computers.

I guess it is not possible to have the same UUID, but welcome back again :)

It is possible. I've seen it plenty of times. It's probably when a cheap manufacturer doesn't change their hardware ID for different devices or something like that.
