Hi Admin `s

I have a problem with my account had already been taken with this contact Paulo Sergio told me that I should open one here in the forum post. It goes to the whole thing to the following account:

This has been banned due to a Shadows, of course, I'm also were banned yesterday with my current account.

But I have no bot or cheat used, I have for the account. T [. Tr! PleXxX.] X. any login information and a password. Also, I do not know to which email address is regestriert. No3 is my brother that plays both on my PC when I over his PC. Here you can see both accounts of him. These were also directly banned even though he has not done anything. I can only ask once again free to switch accounts because we have nothing more to do with the ansich banned account.

But I wonder why if I check the background of those "innocent's" I come across things like:
-SWAnT][WKShark banned by AASA and ACI
-ACI-MD5-IB bans
-and last but not least sharing the same IP and MAC

Only it's not fair that I have not cheated or hacked in life and then get locked because I can not log into account more.

He's not the only one. It's a bug with BT. Don't know what causes it, buy I know a couple of people who have got it.

just wanted to ask what the status looks like? Can I remove my account for the Ban? Can you please tell me the date and time when the bot was used with the banned account?

For I suppose I was with my account [GA] xXx online at this time, it was definitely prove that I have not used the account. Also banned the account would have a different IP and Mac address because I have not been with this account online.

I ask you to broadcast over the data.

Date & Time of use

I was happy to play the game online again, but unfortunately it is not possible for me thus I have banned me and I would like to clarify why I now hope for a reply from an Admin!

Almost all share the same computer/ip and names TripleX or XXX (that's the exact same thing). Can you blame me for banning all those accounts connected between themselves? Is it really that hard to try a cheat on a different computer and using a different Internet Provider? You can guarantee me it wasn't your brother on someones house using his other account? Is it more plausible that was someone that guessed your account password? Or an account that was given away years ago but still use your name? And if it was your brother, like you say that he also shares your computer. How can i really ban him from game without banning you also?

I'm waiting for answers.
