sorry to say that, but only because of black pb-ss you should ban anyone. by myself, i have also sometimes black pb-ss, and i do not why. and i don't cheat at all.
also the win8 pb-ss are pink, also no reason to ban anyone.

you return black shots when you are on the desktop, running stats net or stats fps in console.

So most of my screens are also black when iam on Windows 7 and pink when iam on 8 xD

You are right!
It was not my intention to doom someone cause of black screenshots.
I had this problem in the past with nvidia driver.

With "Suspicious" I meant the whole scenario.
Not very well expressed, sorry.

If you return black SS when the game is minimized etc. this is noted in the screenshot itself:
"Application not active"

So in this case something different is liable for the black SS.

checkn ss are old. i wouldnt bother with that no more

my question is to serg is this sly or not?? they play the same with ar, rushn over top gettn headshots like its nothing, i understand being playn on a euro server will be a difference but when u have every 1 in server complaing about him, makes u think twice

if this is sly then his acct should be ban as his other 1 was

I'm pretty sure he can understand what you're saying, but just because someone plays like someone else (goes to the same positions and so on), doesn't mean they're the same person. It could, of course, make it more likely that it's the same person, but it's still no hard evidence.

And by the way, I'm not saying it is him nor that it's not, just saying the evidence has to be solid.

Talking of facts, 9 of 10 black SS is suspicious all along.

i took the time to check some of my SS on servers i played recently,
9 of 10 were existing and clean.

Or you mean to tell me that this guy is constantly checking his fps
or internet speed between rounds, switching back and forth from
game to desktop ?
