Look at this whole thing since it started, im not one to accuse without a fair amount of proof, i watched him for at least 30 mins, and each time i came to the same conclusion, so i decided to start to record him, as i wanted physical proof.

what i do is if i suspect someone, watch them if they are alive when i die for a bit, if i have reason to go on, ill record there gameplay for a while, if im certain after reviewing the footage, ill submit it here.

To be honest I was enjoying watching:)

No recoil at:

(all video) lmao at 0:50 u can already see hes gun not spreading lol not moving from spread its obvious no recoil and at 0:40 :P, wait actually in all of hes kills

what video capture u used?

i though i would put the clips together, they are all un edited, and all singular, there was more than this that i witnessed, this is all i had on video, which was a good enough quality to present to you.

FRAPS lol. please be aware this is after i had already told him i was videoing him, he was trying to mimic recoil at some parts, but the main entrance clip and the very last clip, are 100% no recoil, you cant get any more proof than this, watch it over and over again as i have, there i no recoil in this gun.

You can see the recoil when he kills at south outside, the only thing i can see is that stupid prone bug...

I would not come here to accuse with out being certain, please understand this, i was watching him before i started to record him obviously, he has no recoil for sure, just watch the videos over and over, if you ask 82nd for there chat logs, i said to him before i even started recording, 'Lol.... nice recoil....0.0', and he was ignoring me, so i started to record him, watch the main ent clip over and over, there is 100% no recoil in that clip, these people who use this mimic the games recoil after the kill, to seem legit, they all slip up, thats why i captured his screen, and you can see at time, he slipped up. this is a cheat user, and i would bet my sister on it :).

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
