Critical eror
« on: Thursday, September 04, 2014, 07:20:58 AM »
Hi all.
I have a problome that the game allways crashes and I got Critical error.
In the report its mention the Graphic Card that I have : Intel 4000.
I have also GForce 620 GT, but the Assist or the AAO cant use it...
I did in the the settings of the GForce that he will be the defualt Grapichs Card, and it didnt help.
I tried to define it specific to the AAO and AA ASIST will work when I turn them on, but nothing.
I also tried to shut down the Intel Card from Device Manager but its still didnt work (my FPS was somthing like 10).
All the new games running perfect on my laptop, (Watch Dogs etc...) so the AAO should also work perfectly...

My pc:
I5 3230M 2.6 up to 3.0
8 RAM DDR 3
GForce gt 620M + Intel HD 4000

Need ur Help plz...

this is the picture of the critical error...

Could you post the Armyops.log file, located here:
%appdata%\25Assist\armyops\System\ArmyOps.log

first thing you should try is to swap slots on your RAM

Changing the RAM slots won't make a difference...
AA is trying to use the Intel Graphics, If you can disable that on the BIOS it should force everything to use the GeForce 620

I haven't seen an option in the BIOS to actually disable the Intel video. I'd bet you have the monitor hooked to the motherboard, not the GPU.

Might look bigger, but it aint.....

Haven't seen where could disable it either, just option to choose which it searches for first.

You could try to find an option to force NVidia for armyops.exe

I have a laptop with the Nvidia Optimus (Intel+Nvidia graphic chips). I remember you can set in the Nvidia control panel the option for a program to use either the Intel chip or the Nvidia one (you can also set the Global preference to run all the time on one of the chips, for that matter).

Ok, First of all, thank you all for your answers!.
Second I tried to do at the global settings auto and the program should work with the Nivdia Graphic Card but still it does'nt work, I get critical error, with the Intel 4000 its the Graphic Card which mentioned there...
And i dont have the file Armyops.log, I do have Armyops.ini..
Here it is - http://www.f2h.co.il/4mr86luncj2q

Spanky -
"I haven't seen an option in the BIOS to actually disable the Intel video. I'd bet you have the monitor hooked to the motherboard, not the GPU."

But all the other games I have on my laptop worked perfectly on the Nividia GForce 620 if its Watch Dogs, COD 4, Sleeping Dogs, because if not I have couldn't play them.
So I think it's somthing with the software and not with the hardware.

Thank you all 4 ur help! > hope we will solve it.

But if the sharesite is the problome so here is another one..
http://speedy.sh/rPfDx/ArmyOps.log

Its not the same content in the file log, but in both i got a critical error.
TY
