listen i read all of your rules on site,i aint creating multiple accounts ,just created one of my own,and if you got problem with the previous accounts i logged on this computer you can just ban them off i dont care just activate my new one please?

If it's not your, why is it active on your IP and your HWID?
Clearly you have access to it.

i do ,i didn't say i cant login to it..i said its not mine its my friend's account ,and im playing it for a while only. he logs to this account usually and i cant play always on it,so all i did is created an account of my own

I wont be activating your new account, on the basis that I don't believe you.
If any of the others that can approve believe you they can activate the account.
