I'm going to be doing a few of these *Clean and green up your car* blog posts but this one is the most insane and it fits because its the first. You can using a common chemical increase your MPG by up to 25%! All while making your car put less pollutants into the air. Please read more

Averaging a 4 mpg increase per tank in my Honda Odyssey (20gal)I should get an 80 extra MPG! That's 80 mpg that only cost me 1.45$! (My math may be way off please comment if it is!)

I think you mean 80 extra miles on your tank. If Acetone gives 80 more MPG, everyone would do it :P I'll probably look into this more. Keeping tires filled up is important in many ways.

Ive seen people who had converted their cars to run on shit other than gasoline. This one guy I know uses antifreeze when he can't get ahold of used cooking oil.

It honestly is the weirdest thing Ive seen. I bet if he runs out of fuel on the road he can piss in his tank and start rolling again.

most diesel cars can run on filtered vegetable oil.

Yea but isn't there something about that you should change hoses since the rubber breaks down faster with the oil?

The only thing you need is to change the fuel filter cause the veggie oil may have chunks in it. Also its good to have a heating thing on your gas tank so the veggie oil doesn't solidify. At least from what I have read.
