Returning Old Player - Account Recovery

Hey guys,

Old player here trying to return to AA assist to play with some friends. My soldier or old account name was Doubledownn. I tried logging in with my forum user onto the client but quickly figured out that my forum login is separate from the client login. I just registered on the client now, waiting for admin to activate my account - GARDENGTR

Am I able to get my old honor and soldier back? User name was Doubledownn. If so how would I login to the client?

Your new account was activated automatically within 10 minutes of your first login to the client.

As for honor, you'd need to claim it with some proof.
I did find another account with a in game name of "ROTHERR|TORONTO" and a login name of "doubledownn" at 32 honor. It's tied to a Gmail account. Last login in October 2013 (over 11 years ago!). So you may be able to recover that one if you know the email and have access to it (see the password reset link at the top under Assist Account).

I was able to login into my old account with ROTHERR|TORONTO on the client after password reset.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! Got my old soldier back! :D

Penguin, that was a 2.8.5 exclusive portion of the game. So far it's been impossible to properly import the NPCs into 2.5.

Account authorization is an automated process. Most often accounts are approved instantaneously, it may take up to 10mins though in rare cases.
