I am presented with a 'Wineskin' window which gives me the options Install Software, Set Screen Options, Advanced, Quit.The game works on mac through Wine, so that window being popped out is normal. Other than that, sounds like your installation failed somehow.
How did you do the complete removal?

Client starts fine, and I am able to view server list, my stats, etc.Weird, for me that launches the actual game even though Assist is not on, it tries to connect me to the last server where I had joined. After I join server it kicks me out due to unauthorised login and I end up to game menu.

Yes, it's an Intel Mac, a 2015 Macbook Pro.
So the client starts, but you can't launch any kind of game mode (online / training)? Did you install the game to it's default location? (/Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/25Assist/) navigate there with finder and try to open AA25.app to see if you're able to execute it

How old is your mac? If you have intel mac it should work just fine but if I recall, there's no support for older macs. There was an game client update released recently but that shouldn't cause this - I tested it out with my mac and works like a charm

It's been over 24 hours and I have not gotten a response. Supposedly, it's been flagged because another account has been detected on this computer, but I never created an account before on this computer.Then it might be flagged due to same IP with another account (just a wild guess), admins have their irl tasks to do as well so you'll get your answer once they're less busy with more important stuff.
Meanwhile you can play with your another account with what your new one got flagged with
