« on: Monday, October 05, 2015, 12:36:25 PM »Ladies and gents, Brace yourselves, a new event has arrived. We have the pleasure of introducing the
SCRIM O'CLOCK
SCRIM O'CLOCK
Meet us on every Friday and Saturday around 20:00 CEST on the Official Assist Teamspeak @ ts.aao25.com in order to play some friendly mixed scrims with the other players from the community.
On Friday a draft will take place, which means two team captains will choose their teammates.
On Saturday it would be a random scrim, which means teams will be made randomly.
Every time there is going to be a theme regarding the maps that will be played. Each team will have to pick maps from the weekly theme.
The maps will be divided as follow:
- Oldschool CQB maps
- SF CQB maps
- Oldschool long range maps
- SF long range maps
- Raid maps
- Random maps
It is mandatory to be on teamspeak in order to participate to the event, but there is no need to register for it. Even if you can't make it for 20:00 CEST, you can always join later to teamspeak events lobby and jump in to the next match.
We will hold a general ranking and there might be a little price involved for player(s) with the most wins every month.
Remember, it's all about having fun and getting a tighter community, so don't be shy!

Events / Scrims with draft or random teams

How about having mixed scrims today at 21.00 CEST? Join ts: ts.aao25.com -> Events / Lobby -channel before 21.00 CEST and lets divide players in to teams either by draft, where experienced players will work as team captains who will pick players one by one in to their team, or players will be divided randomly in to teams. Teams will pick a map and teams will play chosen maps in tournament mode. How does this sound?

General Chat / I don't always have poor fps, but when I do...

Yesterday I was playing surprisingly in Hospital when my fps dropped down. Don't know what the medic gave me on previous round, but suddenly my gaming experience started to look like this 
Has someone got sameish bugs? I guess my macs graphics card warmed a bit too much.

General Chat / Admin forceclassing with scripts

I have a few questions about executing script files in game. I have few scripts and I would be interested to create some too.
1) Im running intel mac, am I able to run these scripts from my computer? To which folder I need to add my scripts? All I can find is ~/Library/Application Support/25Assist/ and that doesn't seem to be the right place. I know where to put these on windows.
2) Am I able to run scripts from the game-server if I upload them over there, so all serveradmins could use same scripts without downloading them to their own computer?
3) Forceclassing someone "randomly" seems to be happening by players id, is there a way to forceclass some decent slot? Is there a way to exec some uscript function which sorts out slots and returns id's of players from slots that I want to know? Some might already figure out what Im trying to search for..

This week we'll celebrate the last BCD of this summer with eight maps on two servers + new half hour lasting pre-games on both servers.
After pre-games we'll play 45mins each map, same clan members will be swapped to same team as long as it's possible.
Teams will change sides after 22minutes of play on each map, please do not remain.
