So if you ever played UT - Unreal Tournament back in the day they had map vote mod, and basically every server ran it.

For Example - Set your server to 14 rounds, 7 a side or w.e, after the round is over it pauses the start of the next 14, and pops up with a menu, or allows users to enter their votes for the next map.

The map list would only contain maps selected by the admin / server setup / selected in the mod.

I think this would help the community as a whole and be a great feature.

If there is one thing that has continued to kill aa since 3.0, its servers that sit on 1 single map 24/7

Me being a a north american, looking for populated northamerican servers is very hard sometimes, 1 may be full and i have 2 other options.

If I could join an empty server with this mod and change it to a map i select?!

I also have a ridiculous amount of sound devices plugged into my comp, on board and sound card so I think something could be conflicting or something.

Gaming headset, wireless headset, speakers, wireless speaker in bathroom, output to my tv surround sound, and a small bluetooth / wifi ear set for skype calls while im needing to walk around the place

Wouldnt it be wise to deadicate even more memory to the game server? I mean 256 is miniscule for todays computers. I would think 1, 1.5 or 2 gig would be doable and help any?

Thanks! Those sound about the same settings as my audio. I have screenshots that a clan and i made for optimal settings, even the EQ is tweaked, 2 diff load outs.

I know they did strip windows of some sound functionality starting in Vista, and continuing in 7and I did have issues when I first moved to win 7 from XP.

Everything was running smooth for a while tho. Im going to comb through all the settings again and reinstall if need be. I have also been considering upgrading my sound card since this one is fairly good quality but dated - and I was actually looking at that exact same sound card since its currently on sale at NCIX in Canada.

I have the Xfi Xtreme Gamer, fairly good card.

I also have tweaked settings and am familiar with basically all options and settings within the drivers. And have been using the settings and setup for years. Needa do more testing I guess something could have failed hardware wise for me, headset issue or sound card. Luckily im planning on a fresh install of windows soon cause I just got a SSD to install that I have been putting off for months and now have a reason to get going with it.

We are both fairly good. I have been playing since around 1.8, him since 2.something. We are NA players, central Canada to be specific. We ping best to servers in the Chicago area, and of course Canadian servers. But do well on any decent proper north American server. But have also competed in EU leagues

Looking for clan with a decent member range, and a high amount of skill, and even competition play.

We both have good comps and are competitive players and experience in match settings on old school IGL and CAL and what not.

Im 25, he is 21, older mature guys but still a kid on the inside, so if your a bunch of kids bont bother, and if your a bunch of stuck up old men who cant take jokes, dont bother.

ALSO do not want one of the ridiculous clans to contact us such as 3ID with 1000's of members. A clan should have no more than 15 active players, in aa terms. Other games of course may need more.
