But the map itself isn't the problem. It's not so easy to change it, because there is a checksum over all maps. If one map has a wrong "MD5" value, it will be replaced immed. So Possessed could change that for sure, but i would say let it be. Maybe a try to change will result in a mess.

if you will run this server on windows, install the server on a folder where you want and start it with this command:

start /MIN /HIGH  installfolder\System\server.exe GLOBAL MP_Steamroller

Good news for the aa25 community and great work and a high five to all the guys who made this possible again.
And as i remember back to the time with Eliz, when he did all the fine stuff with the local database of honors ......
Maybe some players will come back, i don't know but i hope for it.

maybe you can test with changing some parameters at the "aa25srv.ini" file. but be sure you do not loose the original values . but since i do not play this game anymore, i can not test this out, but maybe you can..

If server owners would turn of PB in their servers. Would that be moderable?
I haven't seen any cheats in the logs for quite some time, but it might attract people who are not here now....

i did try this already month ago, but aa25assist logic will not allow to disable server side pb. possessed maybe can deactivate it, don't know.

Alex, can you check out you pb-log (C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\25Assist\armyops\System\pb\pbcl.log)?
What is written in (maybe you have to activate the logging there)?

I had once - only once - an entry like this:

and this means to me, that pb really do make changings on the settings ....

there is also another thing that could be the reason. Teddy did also a new windows installation and it was successful, no kicks at all he did say. the strange part of that is the pb version that he was running.

there is something on the punkbuster end, that works strange. [N.U.F]Cpt did say above, that he did the new install from windows 10 also, but did not run the pb process manualy. instead only the installation done by 25assist. maybe this is a try, install new windows and install 25assist?

another thing that is strange:
other players and myself do have entries in the pb logfile like this (only when get kicked):

this seems to me like pb is trying to load the part that get us kicked twice, and this is for sure not normal. there must be an error from pb trying to do this. but the reason ?
