You could have a load of background apps running? I recently upgraded from Win 7 to Win 11 (lol), and my new Win 11 PC had a ton of stuff running in the background, took a little bit of time to turn all the needless stuff off in the settings and went from about 70/80 fps to around 150, sometimes 250 fps on some maps. :)
Awesome! Somehow I am really choppy so ill have to figure out what is causing that problem at some point before i start jamming :)
