Assist Support / Regitered new user id and account tecumseh2016 uisername Tecumseh in battletrack

Got an email last night around midnight cst june 5th 2016 and my account is still not activated to play aa 2.5
 when i go to aa 2.5 it has my old id and when i enter new id and password it says i have to wait for activation from admin it has been 13 hours now when will this activation be completed.
