You guys just don't learn from your own mistakes.
You can't just make screenshots of players desktop outside of the game. Period.
And no, existance of TOS does not change anything. TOS doesn't magically make illegal things legal.

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
