a lot of good players in old days plays only scrim and matches and not that much public cause they know that on server always pussy noobs like u are out there and todays are also they same good players dont play much public

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
