Hey all,
I'm having a bit of a problem every so often when I'm in game.
After playing steadily for multiple rounds on any given map with no problems, my game suddenly minimizes itself and I get the following error message (that I am able to click "OK" to dismiss and return to my game with no problem):
"cmd.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application"
The trouble is two-fold.
1. It impedes game-play as it often minimizes my game as I am in mid-action, and;
2. The message continues to reappear every so often (about once every 15-20 minutes) which leads back to the first trouble.
Additionally, there doesn't seem to be a specific rhyme or reason (at least in game) that triggers the message's appearance. It happens across all maps and whether I'm in a firefight or simply sprinting across a map.
Any ideas on a fix, guys?

Hey there everyone,
After a long hiatus from AA, I was highly disappointed to find out that AA 2.x had been dropped on its face by the Army. So, I was shocked to catch wind of this project and this community - a project and community that I'm pretty ecstatic to, once my new rig arrives in the next two weeks, jump right into. It seems to me that a good number of people here have been putting in countless hours bringing the game back to a place in which old players, like myself, always think back on when they think of AA.
A big thank you for that!
I started playing AA back in 2004, and it will be great to be back in the game.

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)

f12 if you are admin and you can see all the options for settings
no like hou guys manipulate weapons on maps, how many rds,, I have no clue how to do that let alone be an admin. Does the screen look different ,come on guys helpa bro out lol

ask the people what they want and switch maps accordingly...follow rules for kicks and bans for tk and idiots....it seems pretty simple..chron!
Chron. lol, it's simple really. :P Ask what maps the players want. And any toxicity gets severely spanked. Simple. :)
