i dont think this will happen, mainly because individual states make alot of money when they have medicinal cards because they can still bust people for making money illegally and still get tax money from the cannabis clubs. as far as a nationwide law that will never happen because of BIG PHARMA and the fact that there is too much money to be made off of perscription addicted americas. although cannabis is an extremely useful medicine that aide and cures hundreds of symtoms/sicknesses/diseases. since it is so easy to produce by indivuduals there would be no money in BIG PHARMA. all about the benjamins.

You need to pester the police a hella lot about the guy. Search google for noisy tenants or something and you might get more numbers to call to somewhere that can actually do something.

Also, for them doing a surprise visit to your house...do they have a search warrant? Do they have an affidavit of fact? Make sure you know your rights when something like that happens because a lot of people will just leave you alone if you know your rights. They'll go, 'im not gonna deal with this motherfucker.'

Your best weapon right now is your phone. Anything "suspicious" just call and complain about him. Also mention the safety of your kids a lot, thats an annoying thing they hate hearing but is a benefit to you because no one can say you're neglecting your kids.

i already talked to their landlord and they said that they have this month and next month and their out. its CA law if you live somewhere for over a year they have a mandatory 60 day eviction. i already tried that too, getting them to go earlier but landlord cant do anyhting because of that law. gotta just shut my mouth you know? these are ghetto people with nothing to loose, they hate on anyone that has more than them. just some miserable fucks. and i am constantly breaking out the camera phone and ready to call 911.

i use my back door because of this for like 3 months already. everytime i go outside front they try to start shit, today they tried that too, i walked out smiled  and kept going to my destination across the street to my firends. then 2 as that dudes baby mom sees me she all saying 'lets do some shit, lets start some shit, earl ,earl etc calling dudes name to come start shit as i only try to walk out my house. then they call the cops, i dont know why because they were the ones starting shit. neighbors dont really want to get involveed so they not much help (alot of them are odler or are scared of retaliation from the tenanats that are leaving.) they start talking shit and instagating shit then they call the cops??? on themselves??? idk, but when the cop got there he was like stop calling. lol. then they closed their door and talked to the cop. which im sure the officer was like if your calling the cops why you closing your door to tell me someshit. might as well keep it open if you told the cops (they prolly making up fake shit like the CPS bs)
 im real tired of this and have stomach ache and headache. these people want me to do someshit so i WIL NOT GIVE IN to their HATER ass bs.

and im tryna not call the cops unless they try the shit like lastnight like banging on my door while my baby is sleeping and threatening (which i have on video). any less then that idc. i just want them gone. they are dumb since i have them on tape doing hella stupid shit. the child protection surprise stop is not something you have to do, they cannot come in without your approval but if you deny them access to come in they will definately try to fuk with you (thankfully i know alot of people who deal with those types of services. the cops said dont worry and so did the people i know that have dealt with CPS in the past.)
