I'd like to point out that you've had the opportunity to read what is and what isn't allowed by agreeing to the TOS when you first downloaded Assist and with every update that has occurred. That was your warning.

In case you agreed to it without reading;

Just to give some accurate measurements;
Dockside: 8,700x6,300 UU max - 5,700 UU between spawn points
Extraction: 8,700x9,900 UU max - 10,000 UU or 7,000 UU between spawn points (depending on spawn)

Those are direct measurements, slightly rounded, not going around buildings or anything like that.

I'll clarify this a bit more; It doesn't matter if you feel like you've gained an advantage or not, ANY macro usage in the game will be detected and you will receive a ban. The detection has nothing to do with which program you use. Don't try to rename commander.exe, it won't help. We don't care if you use it in other games (though, that's still shitty on your part), just don't bring it to Assist.

PB couldn't detect mouse macros, we can.  Just because "everybody" used them in the past doesn't mean they were ever allowed, it just meant that nothing was done about them. If you feel like using things like this to gain an advantage over other players is ok, please, go buy some hacks so we have a reason to permanently ban you.

As said in your other thread, come back in a week with a new account.

This is along the lines of what Fragweiser had thought up. A hardcore setting that forces M16, minimal nades and other stuff to make the game feel more realistic or at least bring out better tactics. I think if we can agree on a layout and settings, we can allow it to be tracked.

Pit, I think we've given you the benefit of the doubt more times than anybody else. I even stuck my neck out for you and it bit me in the ass. You've had your chance time and time again to play nice and be a valued member of the community. We've had our differences but I've personally tried to be nice to you as you seem to be a logical and knowledgeable person. Then you turn around and play stupid on the forum with no gain. There was a time you were a leader in this community, a time you were valued. That's all blown now, and for what? I don't get it.

lol, thanks Brahva. xD I'm talking about the 'Simon Says' server. This was the damage incorporated server, which has been renames to include my real name. I know it's the damage incorporated server with a new name as it is the same IP address. I remember Joe did the same thing to Carmy about two years ago, the server was removed and that was the start of Joe's 6 month ban. The same thing happened to Bumpy, again, the server was removed right away. Now it's my turn, it has now been two days since my real name was used as a server name and it's still online. No replies from any of my messages from the Assist admins, so I can only assume this is favouritism of some kind, siding with the person who changed the name in order to go against me. I might be wrong, but from my point of view, I doubt it.
