I know you have moved the donation button to the Assist client, but might be cool if you had something on the website that described what your monthly goal is so that people are more aware of what's needed.
I can supply some bargraph php script examples and a paypal return page script example if needed

Do hackers and tweakers need to be reminded they'll get caught? lol 

Were the admin force class scripts left out for a reason? People keep asking me about how to force weapons on their servers and I have no clue.

They are downloadable from our Fire Support forum with instructions.  I'm sure other admins have them for distribution as well.

Would you be interested in turning it into a UScript mod? I don't know all the features of your code but it seems like something fun and useful to add to Assist.

It would have to be rewritten in oop uscript, and would only support score tracking since the server was started.  I don't think there's a way to use a database with uscript, to track average top scores over a long period like we do unless it was with some complicated text file recording. 
It'd just be easier to write the mapchanger mod I asked for 

Specify what you mean by mods - the only uscript files we run are authorized by Assist.  Anything else is custom linux c code, mysql handling and server port monitoring.

No.  This isn't AA4.
You can do this manually, and not all players will cooperate.
Take auto-balance OFF, post a message saying you're changing teams and will kick whomever stays, and swap everybody before the match round ends.  Wait until the round starts with everyone switched to turn autobalance back on if you so wish.  The auto-balance option implemented in AA2.5 just throws you on one team or the other when you come in to make the numbers even, and will move you it seems like based on length of play and score.
All in all, it's not a great idea.  Some people prefer one side or the other and will come to hate you if you switch them often.
