Operating systems are evolving all the time, Linux unity desktop and Windows 8 metro interface are not allowing us to take direct control of the display any more without triggering a UAC and running with admin privileges, I can't allow armyops to run on your pc with admin privileges for your own protection, we cant allow armyops crashing to take down your whole pc, its just not how the pc world works anymore. we all have to work within the user space. I have given you a gamma adjustment tool which executes separately from armyops but on win8 sp1 this also triggers a UAC so that will not work great for very long. So please stop blaming Assist.

OK, this is sort of funny... mainly because as you update the system, it's in the evening for us in Australia and we get booted from the server as it updates...


No perfect solution, as the world has 24 time zones... and generally someone is playing somewhere.

Yes ofcourse it's always cooler to have better sound and better FPS. But I mean that, when you're pubbing on a 26/26 server, you don't need a prfect sound as you can expect to see enemies everywhere. If you're going pro, it's 4 vs 4 and it's primordial to know where the enemy is

i can CONFIRM!!! This does work. I did this on my wifes cpu and shes no longer getting the .dll error. Shes been on playing for almost 45 mins with no error.
