Yes, Vegeta, I told you that I believe teamkilling to be a worse offence than some shit talk. You can (or at least I'd think you can) ignore chat, but you can't ignore being teamkilled.
Like I've said time and time again to you, we do (and have) ban for excessive inappropriate behavior (i.e chat), but we try to intervene as little as possible. Server admins should really take care of this a dozen times before Assist admins should intervene, IMHO.
However, like Ronski said, it's not a black and white matter. Every report is dealt with case-by-case weighing on the evidence we're provided.

As for the post in hand in this particular thread, don't be intimidated by losers like these. They're probably upset that their life sucks in so many way. Nothing to do with you, really.
With that said, I do believe this kind of behavior to be unwelcome, but I'm not sure whether or not it constitutes a ban (at least yet). I'll have to wait for input from other admins.

I'd suggest contacting your ISP (=Internet Service Provider) and asking them if your IP is supposed to jump around like that.

From our logs I can see that your IP is changing quite often. More often than not, if you've logged in to Assist more than once in a single day, you've done so from different IPs (same computer and network). That tells me that your IP is very much dynamic. This is definitely not a problem on our end, but rather your ISP's doing.

Looks like the guy doesn't have any other accounts. Have you tried talking to him and telling him to not kill his teammates and not to wear your tags?

I see Fury of Ben is playing for an hour already and FuryOfGod played for an hour earlier today, I take it the problem disappeared?

I'm pretty sure this was attempted, at least to a degree, and deemed difficult.
It could be possible, but with the limited resources (i.e free time) we have, I don't think it's feasible.
Others can correct me if I'm wrong.

Like Ronski said, he's got a total of 1250h of Urban Assault so he will know every nook and cranny there.
And with appropriate hardware, you're able to hear far better than would be possible in real life (in Urban Assault, that is you can hear across the entire map, literally, I've had the experience).
