Terminal Conflict would need a large face lift IMO. The idea is spot on, but the map itself isn't that great. I pulled it up after a conversation with Spanky and the map wasn't too interesting.

Yeah not bad. You've got technique down and such, but you should find your own style that defines you. Something that says it's you no matter what graphic you make.

There's that console command that increases/decreases text size in the console. There's probably a preset font size value in the u files or something. To change that would mean to repackage the game. So font size changes arn't happening.

Things like bloom though are artistic mostly. A game like Oblivion can use it because it more fantasy than real. Having bloom then is valid because it gives a dreamy look.

Of course we're not noob enough to plop it on everything without tweaking it.

It seems on big budget games that devs are lazy or dumb or something (or maybe don't have time) and don't refine the game's look. I'm pretty sure this has lead to opinions like killa's which is perfectly valid.

It's really hard to say. I can't think of any maps that would benefit and be realistic with karma. Although Aztec could be a good one.
